Ibex Law Ltd is a licensed law practice based in East London, serving clients across England and Wales in matters including advice, applications, appeals, and judicial reviews solicitors.lawsociety.org.uk. They approached the project seeking a confident, professional, and authoritative web presence that would reflect their legal expertise and build trust with solicitors, property managers, and individuals.
I was engaged to create the full visual identity and interface for the site—covering the homepage, services pages, case example layouts, team profiles, and contact forms. Though the scope didn’t include formal UX research, I leveraged design best practices to structure content clearly, highlight key legal services, and reinforce trust through visual hierarchy and brand consistency. I delivered responsive mockups for desktop and mobile layouts and collaborated with developers to support a seamless implementation.
Their previous website lacked a polished visual structure. Key service areas were hard to locate, and messaging did not reinforce their professional standing or reassure prospective clients. With no clear call to action, users felt uncertain about the next steps—be that contacting the firm, booking consultations, or understanding their legal coverage. The navigation was cluttered, and trust signals were not emphasized effectively.
Working on Ibex Law confirmed that strong UI design alone can significantly elevate a professional services brand. By prioritizing clarity, typographic hierarchy, and trust cues—such as firm credentials, team profiles, and simplified contact flows—the website now exudes credibility and professionalism. Animation to responsive layouts ensures users on all devices can easily explore services and initiate contact.
