AGC Marketing Sales is a UK-based consulting firm helping businesses grow through innovative sales strategies and lead generation. The company needed a new digital presence that would clearly communicate their offerings and improve lead conversion from their website.
Although I was primarily responsible for UI design, my role also included decision-making on layout structure, visual hierarchy, and call-to-action optimization—elements that bridge visual design with core UX thinking.
The existing website was outdated, lacked clarity, and wasn’t optimized for conversion. It didn’t reflect AGC’s professionalism or clearly communicate the value of their services. Navigation was minimal, and the call-to-action was buried at the bottom with little guidance for users.
This project taught me how to bridge the UI-UX gap, even in low-research environments. By focusing on hierarchy, clarity, and intuitive layouts, I was able to elevate the user experience without formal UX testing. It reaffirmed the power of good UI design when guided by UX principles.
