Travel With On The Road is a personalized travel advising service based in the U.S. that assists clients in planning custom vacations—especially focused on Disney, Universal Orlando, and other theme park destinations. They needed a refreshed online presence that visually reflected the warmth, personalization, and trustworthiness of their brand, making it easy for users to learn about services, read testimonials, and make enquiries.
As the UI Designer, I redesigned the core interface across key pages: the homepage, service highlights, destination guides, and contact forms. While UX research was not part of the project, I leveraged UI best practices—such as clear content sections, supportive visuals, and intuitive hero layouts—to evoke trust and clarity. I created responsive mockups, ensuring the site performed well on both desktop and mobile, and delivered polished assets to the developer for implementation.
The original site lacked visual structure and felt dated. Important elements—like client testimonials, service highlights, and enquiry CTAs—were buried or visually underwhelming. The user journey through the site was not clear, leaving visitors uncertain about the next step: learning more, reading reviews, or getting in touch. Overall, the lack of hierarchy and visual appeal didn’t reflect the personal, trustworthy care the agency provides.
Working on this project reinforced how effective strong UI design can be in transforming brand perception—especially without formal UX research. By emphasizing clean content segmentation, prominent CTAs, and testimonial visibility, I shaped an interface that feels welcoming and professional. The responsive layouts provide clarity and consistency, ensuring users feel guided regardless of device.
