Econyq is a London-based, carbon-neutral chauffeur service offering luxury electric rides for airport transfers, business travel, corporate events, and financial roadshows. They needed a website that communicated premium service, environmental responsibility, and effortless booking—all in one elegant interface. My role was to redesign the entire UI to honor their brand values and attract discerning corporate clients seeking both luxury and sustainability.
As the UI Designer, I developed high-fidelity mockups for the homepage, fleet page, service booking screens, and contact interfaces. Although no formal UX research was conducted, I applied strong UI design principles—clear hierarchy, intuitive navigation, and visual trust cues—to shape a seamless online experience. I crafted consistent component systems that emphasize eco-features and luxury, and designed responsive layouts to ensure the site performed beautifully across desktop and mobile.
The previous website lacked the visual polish and hierarchy needed to reflect Econyq’s premium positioning. Key service elements—such as fleet highlights, sustainability messaging, and booking CTAs—were buried or lacked impact. The navigation left users unsure of how to explore specific chauffeur options, and important trust signals like EV fleet details and ESG commitments were not prominently featured.
Working on the Econyq project reaffirmed the power of UI design to elevate brand perception, especially for service-based businesses. By structuring department pages around trust indicators—like zero-emission fleet specs, eco-certifications, and service clarity—I was able to visually communicate both luxury and conscience. Even without formal UX methods, thoughtful design decisions—in areas like CTA prominence, mobile refinement, and visual hierarchy—can significantly enhance credibility and ease of use.
